Namasté!
The ancient Sanskrit word of greeting and farewell that means:
We bow and honor the Divine Light of Truth in each other.

Yoga is like a raft that can help you navigate through life. It is not about how to make yourself bend into a certain pose or twist. It is about transformation – learning to let go of old patterns that create dis-ease.

Whether you have some, or no experience with yoga, you will enjoy benefits and pleasures that may surprise you. Deeper breathing helps calm the mind and energize body; gentle to more intense stretching restores flexibility, flowing movement helps strengthen, balancing helps posture and endurance – and this is only the beginning.
There is no competition, only being present in the moment, exactly where you are.

The most difficult part for many is a final relaxation where the senses are stilled, and the body is allowed to rest for several minutes to process the work done in the last hour.
We return from this deeper relaxation refreshed, revived, renewed and ready to
experience life and love more fully in the world.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, towel or small blanket, and do not eat more than a light snack an hour before class.
